We collect herd performance data monthly and analyse it to highlight strengths and weaknesses in the areas of production efficiency, longevity, health and fertility. We work with around 90 farms in the Southern and Eastern Cape and KZN and publish bi-annual benchmarking data to give our clients useful perspective on area averages. Our framework of herd performance targets help to motivate managers and owners to keep on top of the most critical aspects of herd performance, thereby sustaining a more robust and profitable business.
